The objectives of the module: ·
Regulate interpersonal conflicts and user-institution conflicts, conflicts that may emerge as part of their reception, support and (re) creation of relationships.
Educational objectives of the training:
Change your representation of the conflict.
Be able to reformulate the issues of the conflict and to break the fixed, stereotyped or negative representations of the conflict.
Understand the mechanisms of conflict and its functions.
Identify the functions of a conflict and diagnose its purposes (types, strategies...).
Session content:
· Communicate in a conflict situation and manage physical and emotional stress (2 days)
Traditional patterns and systemic patterns of conflict, typology of conflicts, mechanisms of physical stress and procedures for dealing with them (body and breath management). The role of emotions and techniques for recenting-assertiveness, Non-Violent Communication (CNV).
· Implement conflict resolution procedures (2 days).
Table in four axes positioning the attitudes of the protagonists in the face of the conflict and the need to make them evolve towards the cooperative axis, assertiveness, conflict management scenarios.
