Training program

Module 1: Introduction to Emotional Intelligence (0.5 days)

Module 2: The Components of Emotional Intelligence (1 day)

Module 5: Personal Development and Action Plan (0.5 days)

Managers, managers, psychologists, health professionals, health professionals, public service workers, staff and managers of private companies.

Registration deadlines: 24 to 72 hours after the information request.

Educational resources

Trainer: Alain Ruffion, Psychoanalyst, Doctor of Educational Sciences, graduate of the Institute of Political Studies of Aix en Provence, author of several books in human sciences.

Teaching methods

- Identification of the needs of each participant prior to the training: individual telephone interview with the trainer or exchanges by email.
- Theoretical contributions and practical work,
- Exchanges between the trainer and the learner according to the sequences established in the training program.
- Progression sequences based in the form of questionnaires and individual exercises.
- Subgroup exercise.
- Case studies.
- Progressive assessment of achievements “step by step” and validation with and by the trainer.
- Inter-session practical work: monitoring and evaluation by the trainer of practical work between courses, with support if certain points are difficult.

Assistance-Follow-up-Sanction Procedures

- Questionnaire of needs before, written evaluation during the training, oral feedback at the end of each educational sequence, cold evaluation, post-training questions by dedicated email.
- During the teaching cycle:: Quiz on knowledge of the subject (Module 1 to 5) Short essay on the practical use of the tools. (5000 characters). The duration: 15 minutes for the Quiz, 2 hours for the writing.
- An internship evaluation questionnaire is written at the end of the internship by the participant. A certificate of completion of the course with the achievement of the objectives is given personally. A certificate of attendance and attendance completes the system and is sent to the sponsor of the training.
- A follow-up questionnaire accompanies this process in the 2 months following the training action (sending and returning by email).
- Remote: videoconference, email with asynchronous assistance, deadlines 24 to 72 hours.

Contractual documents - Prices

- All training activities provided by ACS consultants are subject to a training agreement or an individual vocational training contract. These documents, accompanied by the rules of procedure, the certificate of information prior to registration, and the training action description sheet, complete the detailed and complete estimate.
- 6000.00 (six thousand euros) including VAT (all taxes included).
