Social workers operating in emergency shelters for people with an immigration background face unique challenges when it comes to conflict management. Cultural diversity, past traumatic experiences, and precarious living conditions can often lead to tensions between residents. This two-day course aims to provide social workers with the skills they need to manage and resolve these conflicts effectively and professionally.
Train social workers in professional mediation to improve the management of conflicts between residents in emergency housing, by promoting social cohesion and the well-being of tenants.
