Prerequisites: “Calm down, calm down I” workshop
This workshop can be aimed at professionals who work with people who have experienced extreme situations, close to death (People who have been attacked, political refugees, people who have fled war, migrants...).
The objectives of the module: ·
Understand the particularity of very intense stresses, death threats (physical and psychological), and the destructive impact of post-traumatic shocks (experienced in several contexts, private, political...).
Deepen the way in which sophrology can contribute to inner calm, the reduction of tensions, new self-confidence, and better (re) socialization.
Educational objectives of the training:
Deepen the exercises developed in ApI, and strengthen your ability to lead sophrology workshops with these audiences.
To be able to bring confidence/security to people, by having an appropriate tool to support inner peace
To provide professionals, young people and interested audiences with exercises that they can continue to practice independently.
Session content:
Post-traumatic shocks, astonishment and after the fact (depression, anxiety, hyper-vigilance, insomnia...).
The reactions of the nervous system to perceived threats: attack, flee or paralyze. The intimate, relational and social consequences of these extreme states.
