The objectives of the module: ·
The development of any business, including in the social and solidarity economy, creates daily pressure on operational teams, on administrative management teams and on management (various departments and general). The improvement of procedures, financial management and organization in general can be based on a communication deficit or a poor quality of communication, which can lead to a heavy social and dangerous climate in terms of psychosocial risks: employee discomfort, awkwards/errors with publics/customers that can lead to consequences that are not legally and ethically acceptable in relation to the purposes of the company. Here, it will be a question of working on the communicational aspect of the entire company ecosystem. This communication ecosystem will be redesigned to be totally oriented to the well-being of employees and publics/customers of the company, thus supporting all QVT (Quality of Life at Work) approaches already in place and will also make it possible to ensure development in line with the values of the company.
Educational objectives of the training:
M1 Train intersectoral groups belonging to different parts of the organization/company in positive communication (combining well-being and efficiency) in order to improve the internal climate and cooperation within the company (3 days).
M2 Train in positive communication in order to improve relationships with audiences and to know how to manage tense situations or even crisis situations and know how to generate positive relationships that generate the well-being and well-being of publics/customers. (3 days).
M3 Make organizational proposals to improve internal and external communication and review the know-how presented in the first 2 modules by analyzing and supervising professional practice (2 days).
M4 Organize working groups with senior and middle managers to improve communication in a sustainable way in the company (0.5 days in person and 0.5 days in written reports/3 months).
Content of the session (over 10 months (1 day/month) :
· M1 The fundamentals of positive communication:
The 4 levels of C°, caring and assertiveness, common values and qualities, shared goals and the improvement of cooperation and internal relationships; the strengths and potentials of individuals and the team; from psychology to positive communication. · M1 Bis Emotional and relational intelligence at the service of the team:
Presentation of these two concepts and exercises to put these approaches into practice in the context of the dynamics of relationships with oneself, colleagues and teams at work.
• M2 The personal system, the universal needs of the personality, deconstruction of the notions of violence and cooperation:
The personal system and its complexity, the universal needs of Shalom Schartz and Maslow revisited, societal and communicational dysfunctions, the sources and causes of moral and physical violence; the different perceptions and levels of violence;
· M2 Bis Emotional and relational intelligence in the face of users/publics/partners:
Presentation of these two concepts and exercises to put these approaches into practice in the context of the dynamics of public relations to build benevolent/well-treating team-public relationships. The neurosensory model of stress and crisis management.
• M3 Organizational proposals and analysis/supervision of practices:
The training groups will increase their skills; newly equipped, they will be able to make proposals for improving internal and external communication. This commitment will be complemented by the implementation of their new skills in the concrete context of daily work. This learning, through iterative and retroactive loops, will be done through the analysis of lived situations. Confronting reality will make the training more impactful and will allow real reflection on improving communication.
M4 Organize working groups with senior and middle managers to improve communication in a sustainable way in the company:
This work will make it possible to capitalize on all the expertise of the training process and to think about lasting organizational changes to consolidate the training process. The training format that is lighter and more adapted to managers will, however, make it possible to address the key concepts of the training provided to staff in order to properly understand and take ownership of the changes adopted in the methods of internal and external communication adopted. A coherence of these changes with the purposes and development of the company will be studied throughout the process.
