The philosophy of the program is based on research that shows that when an emphasis is placed on developing a positive identity, personal thinking habits, and the acquisition of tools to support self-development, it increases young people's resistance to discourse or pressures that promote extremist value systems.
It is a 12-step psycho-educational intervention based on the contributions of research conducted on the conditions and warning signs of the adoption by young people of extreme belief systems as well as certain principles of existential philosophy, positive psychology and coaching.
- Day 1
1. Introduction to positive psychology and monitoring.
2. Introduction to the phenomenon of 'radicalisation'.
- Day 2 
1. Themes and principles of existentialism, of meaning therapy.
2. Presentation of the principles and key competencies of monitoring.
- Day 3
1. Implementing the program: the contract, the risks and the ethics
2. Sessions 1-2 of the intervention
- Day 4
1. Sessions 3-4 of the intervention

1. 5-12 intervention sessions
