Educational objectives of the training:

Session content:

· Ethical issues and pitfalls to avoid.
Issues of stigma, discrimination, and neutrality will be addressed and put into perspective with ethical rules of social work as well as issues of confidentiality and security. Using real examples, we will study the pitfalls to avoid, both in terms of form and content, when faced with an audience claiming extreme beliefs or not, identity or community provocations.

· The basic tools for relational management of an interview.
We will return to the fundamentals of humanistic psychology and the best available resources to lay the foundations for a relationship and a qualitative interview, including with behaviorally difficult but also cognitively and emotionally difficult audiences.

· Specific tools to adapt your posture.
New tools are available. The idea is not to fundamentally change practices but to influence and instruct them so that they are more efficient in difficult situations on difficult issues. The new tools make it possible to avoid the pitfalls of the 'contents' of transactions in order to reframe and requalify the containers and guarantors of the relationship that will make it possible to 'deconstruct' expectations and provocations without symbolic and real violence in order to strengthen relationships and support capacities.
