Prerequisites: “Calm down, calm down I” workshop
This workshop is aimed at professionals who work with young people who have excessive or chaotic behaviors, with a tendency for ideological and/or religious violence.
The objectives of the module: ·
Understand how hate works and decode unconscious requests.
Understand the particularities of narcissistic injuries, good/bad divides and their consequences.
Recognizing the need, as a professional, to vent your own tensions by working with “difficult” audiences
Educational objectives of the training:
Valuing in young people the resources of inner life and a constructive projection of the self.
Strengthen your practice of sophrology with exercises that calm reactivity, aggressiveness and paranoid tendencies.
Strengthen your ability to conduct sophrology workshops with young people and adults.
Session content:
Stories about the five wounds of being from early childhood to adulthood (rejection, abandonment, humiliation, betrayal, injustice).
The good/bad divide and the internal fabrication of an external enemy to be eliminated.
The effect of violent videos, speeches, and games on the brain.
The impact of the virtual in the real and the affects.
