Legal texts and deontologies governing mediation practices.
Interdisciplinary approaches to mediation: psychology, psychosociology, philosophy, psychology, sociology, philosophy, politics, pedagogy and the presentation of transversal values that nourish and support the positioning of third party mediators.
Conceptual contributions on the concept of third parties (triangulation of relational space, logic of the “third party included”) and analysis of this contribution on mediation methods and practices.
